What if you could invest in the businesses being built by some of YouTube’s biggest creators?

YouTube pays creators billions, but investors have historically had few ways to participate directly in that growth.

GigaStar is changing that by turning creator revenue into SEC-registered securities.

Join Kingscrowd CTO Brian Belley and GigaStar CBO Scott Kitun on September 9 at 11 AM CT to learn how it works, why the creator economy is becoming an investable asset class, and what GigaStar is building next.

You can be right about the company—and still be wrong about the investment.

Scott Kitun explains why timing and entry valuation matter so much in startup investing. The higher the price before a company reaches the public markets, the harder the path to a strong return can become.

This week on the Kingscrowd Podcast, Brian Belley and Scott Kitun break down what H1 2026 really says about investment crowdfunding.

They discuss why the market looks softer than 2025 but stronger than 2023 and 2024, how large Reg A+ raises can distort the numbers, why fewer Reg CF issuers may point to a more serious market, and how public/private funds like Robinhood Venture Fund are changing retail access to private companies.

They also revisit Boxabl’s public market debut as a reminder that in startup investing, when you invest can matter just as much as what you invest in.

This week on the Kingscrowd Podcast, Brian Belley, Scott Kitun, and Léa Bouhelier-Gautreau cover two major topics in the private markets.

First, Brian and Scott discuss Rally’s shift away from direct fractional ownership of collectibles and what it could signal for other alternative asset platforms. Then, Brian and Léa review Oshi, a plant-based salmon company with restaurant and retail traction, strategic backing, and a valuation reset that investors need to understand.

It’s a wide-ranging conversation on collectibles, liquidity, crowdfunding platform evolution, food tech, and startup risk.

Investment crowdfunding had a slower start to 2026, with H1 volume falling 28% year over year. But the market was not uniformly weak.

Kingscrowd tracked $365.2 million invested across Reg CF and Reg A+ offerings in the first half. Reg A+ improved during Q2, the median successful Reg CF raise increased 12.3%, and June activity rebounded after a particularly weak May.

This week’s newsletter also covers:

• Influence Mobile’s profitable mobile-gaming business
• Kingscrowd’s NASCAR Cup Series debut
• New analyst picks and company updates
