This is why it's hard to recommend a Dell system, Proprietary Power supplies make it a pain for quick replacement, also you need a special cable to run SATA power to any extra HDD's or SSD's.
These companies don't use standardized parts so they can keep getting back in your pocket and making sure the money goes in there's! Also, no option to run power for any good video card. This is not a Small or micro no reason they can't use a normal ATX Power supply.
