Dont fall for the "Someone" shared a document with you. Email in google is a phishing attempt. If you authorize the webapp they send out make sure you check here remove it. it can be called google docs : https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

And change your password. Just changing your password wont work if your authorized the app.
