Last night our upstream provider performed maintenance to their servers, and as a result, some Citizens Mutual routers may not have reconnected as expected.
If you are experiencing wifi internet issues, please take the following steps to reboot your router:
1. Unplug the power cord to the router.
2. Wait about 30 seconds and plug the power cord back in.
3. Allow 5 to 10 minutes for the router to fully reconnect and obtain a new IP address.
If after taking these steps you are still not able to connect to wifi, please call our office at 641-664-2074.
