• Inspect, diagnose and perform routine high quality repairs and refurbishment of electronic devices including mechanical defects such as missing keys or loose hinges - Smart phones, laptop, desktop PCs and other mobile devices.
• Disassemble old electronic devices and harvest parts and sub-assemblies for reuse.
• Meet production goals for both quality and quantity produced.

Stock all incoming items. POSITION PURPOSE: The Operations' Team Lead coordinates the daily activities within the assigned department. Is responsible for all inventory and assets (electronic devices). Serves as subject matter expert on electronics device processing is responsible for the development and continual improvement of the intake, testing and inventory control of all electronics devices. Provides assistance to the Operations’ Supervisor in operations' processes and contributes to the attainment of production activities and goals on an hour-to-hour, daily, monthly, and yearly basis. The Operations' Team Lead is the paramount exemplary employee in the department, expected to lead by example in production output, processes knowledge, and safety practices.

PTS Corp is seeking a Process Manager for our Bloomington, Indiana facility. This position will develop, analyze and improve production processes, establish process flow to maximize efficiency while driving continuous improvement in areas of capacity and quality to meet business goals and strategic objectives.

DUTIES: (include but not limited to)

Essential Functions
• Conduct time studies and root cause analysis in target areas;
• Develop Process/Procedures establishing measurements for production goals down to the level of individual rates/model.
• Participate in new program implementation and on-boarding to ensure efficiency goals are in place and clearly communicated;
• Drive Continuous Improvement process/projects throughout the organization

REQUIREMENTS

Experience & Qualifications
