We are an Apple-authorized service provider. We have Apple-trained technicians, offer repairs on in-warranty and out-of-warranty machines, and we use genuine Apple parts. We are permanently closed in Bloomington, but come visit us in Indianapolis.

Greetings Bloomington!

Since 2001, MacExperience has established itself as a speedier and more personalized alternative to the Apple Store. By popular demand: we are back in Bloomington! We are still proud to be an Authorized Apple Service Provider, and with that comes the industry’s highest quality parts, customer experience, and repair. We can also assist you with repairs on your device that is in warranty or has AppleCare coverage.

With our re-opening, we are also expanding our services! We now can repair most smartphone models and also service Windows PC/laptop, and Chromebook!

Going forward, all smartphone diagnostic fees will be waived (whether you are in or outside of your warranty period). This will be a permanent change. We’re thrilled to be back to service your device in Bloomington!
