This week, a client told me they were losing projects to larger, more established competitors.
And honestly? Their work wasn't the issue.
They're experienced. They do great work. They care deeply about their clients.
But when someone lands on their website for the first time, they don't immediately see any of that.
That's why I believe most businesses don't have a design problem, they have a perception problem.
People are making decisions before they ever pick up the phone, fill out a contact form, or ask for a quote. If your brand doesn't communicate the quality of your business, you're likely missing opportunities without even realizing it.
The goal isn't to look bigger than you are.
The goal is to look like the business you've already become.
That's one of my favorite parts of what we do at Studio Twenty-Two, helping founders bridge the gap between where they started and where they are now.
