We are currently seeking to hire an Office Manager/Lead Computer Repair Technician to work at our retail location in Blue Springs, MO. Main duties will include but are not limited to standard computer repair (virus removal, hardware replacement, laptop repairs) and running the day to day business of the store. Customer service skills are very important to posses in this position. This position will demand face to face contact with customers both in and out of the office. You will be required to make service calls around the area to both businesses and homes. Leadership skills are also a must as you will be in charge of making sure the other employees are working to the best of their ability. Prior professional experience is a huge advantage.

As an update to one of our previous security warnings, we would like to make people aware of a recent change to an on going scam. Back in Nov. of last year we posted about scammer calling posing as "Windows" or other manufacture's computer tech departments lying trying to gain access to your computer so they can charge you for service you don't need.

This scam has advanced to include websites that will lock you on their page and present you with a popup stating your heavily infected and should call the number listed to resolve all issues. THIS ISFAKE !!! Please do not call the number!! If you ever have questions regarding the legitimacy of a site, please feel free to call us first.
We have had 3 people last week who didn't realize the scam until after they had already given up control of their computer.
