Canon just announced their EOS R6 V Mirrorless Camera. With the success of the Canon EOS R50 V Crop-Sensor Mirrorless Camera, they have decided to go full frame. It is their first V-series mirrorless camera to feature a 32.5MP full-frame.
There is a tripod mount on the right hand side of the camera which allows for better vertical video integration. The fully articulating screen makes it perfect to view from the front or back side of the camera, specially when recording vertically.
The Canon EOS R6 V can shoot up to 7K60 RAW recording. It offers Canon Log 2 & Canon Log 3. The CMOS sensor has a powerful DIGIC X image processor for shaper, low-noise image with a variety of high quality videos.
The R6 V has a native IOS range of 100-64,000 that is extendable to 50-102,400, with 15+ stops of dynamic range in Canon Log 2.
The hybrid functionality is ideal for solo videographers, filmmakers and photographers that need the versatility. For photographers, the R6 V offers continued shooting up to 40 fps and Pre-Continuous shooting mode that allows for an additional 20 frames before the shutter is fully pressed
The Canon EOS R6 III and the R6 V both offer Dual Pixel CMOS AF II. This camera is designed to recognize people, animals, vehicles and more. An advanced function, Registered People Priority, allows up to 10 people in-camera to prioritize them over other subjects in a crowd.
Shoot videos up to 6 hours, or 2 hours for 7k RAW recordings.
