PRESS RELEASE: I would like to address a rumor that is being spread by a few unscrupulous individuals. RTI continues to be one of the top control system providers and has many qualified programmers all over the world. Our Facebook group is almost 1000 strong and there are many who are not in the Facebook group. RTI is currently releasing a new line of hardware[see new ISR-2 remote in attached picture], and as such, older devices are now out of stock or in limited supply. Tradditionaly, an AV company would install three or four different control system brands, but in recent years, some control system companies have set strict quotas for their dealers. In order to meet those quotas, the companies have been forced to drop other brands and only sell systems and accesories that will help them meet their quotas. As such, some customers are finding that the dealer who installed their RTI system no longer has an RTI programer on staff, and so they recommend a change to the only system they support. RoboteK LLC continues to install and support RTI systems, because instead of trying to be a jack of all trades, RTI has designed a system that will work with a wide variety of third party equipment. This translates to more options for the customer.

We have found RTI systems that have been in the field working flawlessly for 20 years or more. As technology rapidly evolves, many of those systems will become obsolete and will need an upgrade in order to integrate with modern devices. RoboteK LLC stands ready to help you the customer make that transition to RTI's latest offerings.

The previous AV company that installed this customer's Ring video doorbell at the gate did not take into consideration lightning⚡️, as a result the doorbell got fried during a storm. The new owner called us in and we replaced the existing indoor rated Cat5e cables with outdoor rated,shielded Cat6 and ground the cable to protect the circuit during a lightning strike.

Some of you might already own a Ring video doorbell, in fact, you probably had us install it. But there’s more to Ring than just video doorbells. Think of a Ring ecosystem where your alarm system, CO/Smoke detectors, door locks, garage door openers, security cameras, water leak detection, floodlights, pathway lights etc are all monitored from your Ring app. As a Ring dealer we have exclusive access to RingX products.
