Important Update: Cox Techs is Moving to Coeur d'Alene After 30 Years in Bonners Ferry
Dear Valued Customer,
After more than 30 years of serving the Bonners Ferry community and Boundary County, we wanted to personally let you know that Cox Techs is relocating our operations to a new location in Coeur d'Alene.
Since 2005 — when we started as Onsite Computers — our family has been proud to provide reliable, in-person, and remote IT support right here in North Idaho. What began with building and repairing computers in an area with limited options (and only dial-up internet!) has grown into full-service technology solutions: office networks, wireless bridges, security camera systems, off-site data backups, custom builds, and everyday support for individuals and small businesses.In 2016, we became Mike Cox Computers, and with the addition of my son Ryan to the team, we proudly rebranded to Cox Techs. Our core promise has never changed: we respond quickly, stay with you until the problem is truly resolved, and deliver dependable support you can count on every day.

We will continue offering the same high-quality service you've come to expect — including remote support that allows us to help you quickly, no matter where you are.
