🎮 Xbox Series X came in completely dead — no display, no signal. Under the microscope we found corrosion on the board, a destroyed HDMI port, and dried-out thermal paste on the GPU. Full cleanup, HDMI replacement, and fresh thermal repaste later… it's back in action! 💚
