Today was a special day here at Tive! It was an honor to host the one and only judo coach Driton Toni Kuka. Driton has been called a Champion Maker.
As a young country, has won three gold medals in the last two , all of them won by three different women judoka (all trained by Driton): Nora Gjakova (Tokyo 2021), Distria Krasniqi (Tokyo 2021), and Majlinda Kelmendi (Rio 2016). We spent an hour with Driton, and the entire Tive team got a great perspective on the topic of a "Winner's Mindset." As a judoka, intense training and physical fitness are a must, however, there is a third dimension that has to do with mental conditioning that sets winners apart.
Tive's DNA is composed of a winner's mindset - we never give up - and there was nothing more special than having Driton today in our office to talk about a winner's actual mindset.
