🔧 ISSUE 1: Apple Mail Attachments Won't Download
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

This can happen to any file — PDFs, images, Word docs, PPTs — on both Mac and iPhone/iPad. Here's what to try:

✅ Check your internet connection first (obvious but often overlooked!)
✅ Force quit Mail and relaunch (Command + Q on Mac)
✅ Go to Mailbox > Rebuild to refresh your mailbox data
✅ Clear Mail cache: go to ~/Library/Mail/V10 and remove Envelope Index files
✅ Check Mail > Settings > Accounts > Advanced — make sure "Keep copies for offline viewing" is set to All messages and their attachments
✅ Disable VPN or firewall temporarily — these often block Mail connections silently
✅ Free up device storage — large attachments fail when storage is low
✅ Update macOS or iOS — many Mail bugs are fixed in software updates
