π§ ISSUE 1: Apple Mail Attachments Won't Download

This can happen to any file β PDFs, images, Word docs, PPTs β on both Mac and iPhone/iPad. Here's what to try:
β
Check your internet connection first (obvious but often overlooked!)
β
Force quit Mail and relaunch (Command + Q on Mac)
β
Go to Mailbox > Rebuild to refresh your mailbox data
β
Clear Mail cache: go to ~/Library/Mail/V10 and remove Envelope Index files
β
Check Mail > Settings > Accounts > Advanced β make sure "Keep copies for offline viewing" is set to All messages and their attachments
β
Disable VPN or firewall temporarily β these often block Mail connections silently
β
Free up device storage β large attachments fail when storage is low
β
Update macOS or iOS β many Mail bugs are fixed in software updates

πΎ ISSUE 2: How to Save Attachments from Apple Mail
ββββββββββββββββββββββ
The built-in manual way:
β Select the emails β File > Save Attachments β Choose a folder β Save
Works fine for a few emails. But if you need to save attachments from hundreds of emails across multiple folders? That's where the manual method falls short.
For bulk saving, use a dedicated Email Attachment Extractor tool. It lets you:
π Select specific folders or individual emails
π Filter by sender, date range, file type, or size
π» Works on both Mac and Windows
