Productivity Tip: Find your intrinsic motivation. If you motivate yourself only with external rewards, that will not keep you motivated in the long run. Remind yourself WHY you are doing what you're doing, and what your long term goals for yourself and your company are.

As passionate as we are about our work, it's always nice to get to know other WEVOers on a personal level as well. "I like working at WEVO because it's a place that allows me to express my creativity and try out new ideas. In my previous roles, there were a lot of hoops that I had to jump through to get anything done. Trying something new was out of the question because if something wasn't broken or working just well enough, there would be no reason to change it. Here at WEVO, I'm encouraged to try out new things that is ultimately going to help the company grow and the level of encouragement that I receive from my colleagues and leadership is something I've never seen. 10/10 would work here again."
