The Dynatrace MCP Server for Atlassian Rovo is now GA, and it solves a problem developers know well: chasing down production context outside of where they're already working.
A developer triaging a bug in Jira, or an on-call engineer responding to an alert in JSM, can now query production observability data in plain language, including root cause, error rates, and affected topology, all without leaving the ticket. The investigation posts as a comment, so the next developer who opens it sees the work is already done.
Setup is a few clicks in the Rovo admin UI. Auth is per-user via OAuth 2.1, every call is logged, and admins control which tools are exposed. Included with Dynatrace SaaS.
