One Page Project Contextual and relevant is the way to go for SEO effective links that can give your webpage and webs

It's established that to rank high, in most cases and after on-page SEO, you need a strong Off Page strategy with quality linkbuilding at its core. Finding these links that are quality, but also relevant as they should be, with contextual as a certain boost, is a daunting task that can quickly exhaust the available resources.

Links to jewelry stores, pearl websites, travel to Tahiti blogs and whatever is relevant, will be contextual and therefore provide a strong link for SEO purposes, and also for traffic. Especially if this article gets linked by other relevant and established sources and it's authority increases, it can really push the inbound link benefiting website/webpage.
Being on its own domain (subdomain to be precise), it can build authority while probably not being affected by any of the sites under the same main domain.
All the benefiting page needs is to be on a different class C IP for maximum effect.
And it's cheap, especially if you write your own articles or have somewhere to go to for cheap articles. Keep in mind that the quality is not so important, it's that the link is relevant and contextual that matters here
The page is still being tweaked, but it should explain the concept.

Or, to keep things simple and, in theory, less expensive, you could buy a plan from one of the many hosting companies that now specialize in SEO hosting, thus providing different servers across the same hosting accounts, so one client can set up lionk bearing websites on different servers (and Class C IPs) and maximizing the benefit of the links, without so much hassle and cost they would incur should they get each website on different servers and webhosts.

Of course, you could create the content yourself, setting up a website with articles about the subject you need, embed an article in the content of that website, host it on a server, then another website on a different server, to get the links from different Class C IPs, and that would usually be with a different webhosting company and so on.

The idea is to provide the most affordable solution to the problem of finding the right websites, with the right topic, the right content, with the availability of SEO friendly links, and of course there's cost, which is usually pretty elevated if the prospective link checks all the boxes.

There are other metrics and factors to take into consideration, but they go beyond the purpose of this project and they progressively play a smaller role, as time goes by, for example. We're talking about Authority, PR (if it still matters), and more, but they can be put aside for the scope of the One Page Project.

SO let's summarize that: to make a website successful you need visitors, to get visitors you need to rank high on search engines, to rank high you need SEO, on-page SEO and off-page SEO. For off-page SEO you need links and for them to have any impact, they have to be as many as possible of the best possible quality. For quality you need RELEVANT and CONTEXTUAL, while coming from different CLASS C IPs.

Link source variation: if links come all from the same page, or website, or network of websites, the value of them diminishes, as opposed to links coming from totally different websites unrelated to each other with just the same topic. The best way to have the max possible value is by receiving links from websites set up on different servers, different enough, and the criterium here is a different Class C IP. So if you want the max benefits from 5 links, they have to be from 5 different sites on 5 different Class C IPs.

Contextual: the link should originate from the content of the website, from within an article, a review, a decently long piece of text. The whole textual content that is physically around the link, is a valuable way to push the website that's benefiting from the link, higher up in the SE rankings.
