In case you missed it, we have a fresh new look for our right hand editor! Here's what you can expect from these changes:

⏰ Reclaim your time: You likely spend more than 90% of your time in the editor. We moved the features you use most (like Versions) toward the top. Less time scrolling; more time writing!

⭐ Prioritize what you need: If you don't use a specific section of the editor, no sweat! You can collapse that section to focus on the ones you reach for most. No more infinite scroll!

🧠 Work smarter: The editor remembers your preferred/collapsed sections. You can pick up where you left off on your article; no need to adjust your preferences each time.

Thanks to your feedback, we were able to make the changes that matter most to you. We hope our approach gives you a cleaner, speedier KO experience!

Thinking about starting a knowledge base for your organization or team? We're owl for it! 🦉 Here are a few questions to ask yourself before you start setting up - a pre-flight checklist, if you will. ✅ 🦅

🤔 What content do you want in your knowledge base? Does your content exist somewhere already? Are you starting from scratch?

👋 Who is this content for? In other words, define your audience! This could be your teammates, your customers, or a hybrid!

❓Why am I creating a knowledge base? Define what problem you're solving. Are you trying to fix knowledge gaps? Are you hoping to organize your team information in one place?

This is only a start, but we hope these initial questions make the process far less overwhelming. ❤️
