Someone has been staying in a small building we have in Briar, Tx. Tammy and I have been down there multiple times but haven't noticed anything different until last week. I walked into the small building and found the ac blaring at 70 degrees and the door slightly open. Windows all blacked out with black plastic bags covering them. Blow up mattress in one corner, a fold out table in the other corner, clothes everywhere, food on table, knives out, copper wire being stripped and just a mess but nothing really gone. Then I checked the warehouse and noticed the lock and latch had been pried off the front do. I looked inside but it didn't look like anything was gone. So I put new latch and lock. Closed and secured the overhead door and then went over and turned the ac unit off at the little building and called the sheriff dept. We decided it might be a drifter or something. So I told them we would let it alone and we would catch then one night. Well, we didn't catch them there last week. Fathers day came and we were busy and didn't go see if we could catch them. Monday we go down to Briar to the warehouse and to get some electrical boxes and see the chain to the entrance has been cut and the door on the warehouse was wide open and 2 pallets of vynl plank were gone, 1 pallet of 24x24 high end tile missing and what a mess. Then I went over to the little building and the ac was turned back on and the room had been kinda rearranged. The copper wire was still being stripped and it was a mess but it was NICE AND COOL. Called the Sheriff and they came out and did the finger print thing and said maybe we will catch them but probably not. Made a report and after they left i felt the Holy Spirit move inside me. Instead of being mad, upset and having hate in my heart I wrote 5 pages telling this person how I felt and left them on the table. You can read them on this post in the photos. I can't believe that we have come to this place in the United States that we can't ask each other for help. Most don't ask because the really less fortunate because we don't have time or we just don't care because everyone is to busy wondering "WHATS IN IT FOR ME!" I am pretty sure this person is down on his or her lunch and just to embarrassed to ask for help or just is mad at the world for some reason. I left a written note on 5 pages and told them that if they would have just asked if they could stay there I would have probably let them because I need some security there. If they would have just asked I would have let them sell the tile and vynl plank and paid them a commission. If they needed something Tammy and I would have just given it to them and they wouldn't have to steal, damage or take from us. Well, as did my part. If you are the person living in our little house you can contact me at 817-760-3432 and let's try and figure something out and you can work off what you stole, sold and damaged and probably have a place to stay in that little building and watch over the place and make a little money without stripping wire. If not... your going to jail if the sheriffs find you. If they don't find you just know I will be bringing 4 or 5 guys with me at night to try and find you.
