I have been working in the Technical Support field all these years and seeing how expensive other services are. Why would someone pay $299 /year just to remove a virus from a computer when they can pay way less. I came up with the idea of starting my own Technical Support service. This is not a money making business. I am good at this so I am trying to provide a service for a small fee compare to

what the popular big guys are charging. I do not like to see Seniors bringing there laptops to Best Buy and they charge a harm and a leg to fix it and it take days. Paying that much for a service to me is a rip off. I guarantee you will have the best experience resolving your computer issue with me. I like to educate my users. I like to tell them the best solution they have. Our primary objective is to take care of our customers. We earn our customers’ trust by serving them in a reliable, timely, and helpful manner, by providing high quality service at a reasonable price, and by actively taking initiative to meet their needs.
