Time for 4cast to grow up again!

Today we are evaluating EnergyNet Lot #107698 using 4cast + Rextag...

This is a mineral royalty deal with 10 producing wells.

Average net income of approximately $1,230.42/mo, past 8-month period.

The current highest bid is $20,500 and there is no reserve. Bidding ends 10/26/2023 so we have some time to make a decision.

We have plenty of production data and no permits nearby, should be easy!

Alas, we are missing production data for 1 well.

There's an offset in the same formation, so we are going to fudge this one and add the missing well's decimal to the offset as a band-aid for now.

If the quick 1st pass gets us a number worth digging deeper (bidding) we'll manually upload the missing well on the final review.

Workflow:
1) Load the wells with decimal interests into 4cast.
2) Observe the auto-forecasts and adjust as needed.
3) Make a decision and move on to the next deal!
