We’ve been made aware of phishing emails pretending to be billing notices and asking customers to click links to “update payment details” or “view invoices.”

Here are a few ways to spot a scam email:

-Check the sender address carefully
-Be cautious of urgent threats or warnings
-Don’t click suspicious links
-Never share personal or payment information by email

After 30 incredible years, we celebrate the retirement of our CFO, Kari Flanagan

When Kari first joined the company, it was simply a telephone company. Today, through years of growth, technological advancements, and expansion, it has evolved into the broadband provider we know today, and Kari was a huge part of that journey.

When asked what she will miss most, Kari shared that it’s the coworkers she spent every day with who became family. Together, they experienced ups and downs, joys and sorrows, and built lasting relationships that extend far beyond the workplace. “I can’t thank them enough for letting me be a part of it. “
