The font Proxima Nova turned 20 this year, and you've absolutely seen it somewhere in use. It's everywhere. The font's designer, Mark Simonson, posted an article with the font's history on his website -- it's a great read, especially if you're a font nerd like me (https://www.marksimonson.com/notebook/view/proxima-nova-turns-20/). Anyway, I'm reading the article this morning and I make it to the part where he mentions the first license purchased... I had to read it twice. Or maybe three times. Addison Hall Design also turned 20 this year, and apparently, I was the first to purchase a license for Proxima Nova. 🥹😊

I'm finally getting close to completing my new site! Here's the latest in the video series: https://youtu.be/-eMUHoplb0A. This is Nova with her favorite frisbee. We adopted her from Community Animal Rescue & Adoption - CARA almost a year ago, and she's been a very loved (and "spirited") member of our family ever since. It's my hope that others could welcome a CARA dog or cat into their home this Christmas.
