When a client you haven't heard from in 2 years sends you a random email, just to let you know he still appreciates what you did for him!

Hi Kenny,

It has been about 2 years since you did the install and upgrades on our AV equipment at our home on DeGrey Lane here in Plano.

I am sure you hear when stuff doesn't work right, but I want to tell you how much I appreciate how well it all works.

Since the install I have had ZERO problems. Everything always works just great. I have been fighting the "Sonos" upgrade war, but that stuff is just plug and play into what you set up. I have had a fair amount of AV work done over the years, but this is the best result I have ever had. It just plain works.

Just letting you know I appreciate your quality work.

We will be doing improvements in some of our outdoor spaces this summer, and I will have some projects coming from that.
