Pro-Tip:

Use a hashtag like to tag important info inside messenger so you can search for it later. You can also use tags for addresses, dates, etc.

Health insurance companies tracking your fitbit? Absolutely. Auto insurance tracking your google maps? Absolutely.

Pretty much any kind of app tracking you can think of is shared with any third parties that can afford the data.
