Last week I was moved.

I was literally born into the technology industry, my Dad patented caller ID. I worked for his telco companies as a teen. With a degree and MCSE on-board I got my first career (on my own), building one of the first tech-support departments in enterprise tech in Silicon Valley (during the dot-com boom, pre-Google) and have built multiple ventures since then.

I’ve been passionate about building MSPs and serving “The Channel” from both the stage and behind-the-scenes, for two decades now.

Sadly, as a woman in a heavily male-dominated field, I never had time to attend a women-only event in the channel until last week. I was BLOWN AWAY by the caliber of the event, the shared energy and the quality of women on every level.

It was a great honor to share the stage with Jennifer Baier Anaya and Donna Grothjan for the leadership keynote at West.
Truly humbling how many women gave us words of appreciation and shared “ah-ha” moments after the session.

All of these ladies are fiercely hard-working, talented, STRONG, and are juggling A LOT. Much respect to the phenomenal women we met. Much appreciation to our ladies at Red Box Business Solutions that have always lifted and supported each other in remarkable ways, especially our Chief Heart Officer, Kerri Fritsch.

We are honored to work, serve and lead with each one of you. We are better humans for these experiences. Thank you to The Channel Company, Women of the Channel, WhiteFox Marketing Inc., Ingram Micro and the industry at-large. Building MSPs and AI is NOT easy, but it’s the incredible people that always make it worth it.
