Law offices are changing. Gray worked closely with Carmody MacDonald P.C. to create a workplace that supports clients and employees through spaces designed for connection, comfort and experience. From the café lounge to the dedicated client signing room and hospitality-style coffee bar, the workplace reflects the firm’s approach to client relationships and workplace culture.

Artwork from local artists adds personality to the space while supporting the Saint Louis creative community. We’re grateful to work with a client and project team that values design and art.

The best workplaces make it easy for people to connect.

For SFW Partners' new 22,000-square-foot headquarters, Gray designed a workplace that reflects the firm's continued growth and independent culture while supporting the way its people work every day. A central collaboration hub anchors the office, while the café and adjacent training room adapt for everything from casual conversations to firm-wide gatherings.

As part of the project, Gray rebranded SFW Partners, extending the firm's new identity throughout the workplace with experiential graphics, custom glass and integrated branded elements to create a cohesive and memorable experience.

Inspired by Dr. Tish Singer’s vision for compassionate women’s healthcare, Gray designed Shero Imaging to blend advanced imaging technology with warmth, comfort and emotional support, creating an experience that helps patients feel more at ease during vulnerable moments. 🤍

Layered, rich tones, playful materials and light fixtures create a unique atmosphere centered on comfort and reassurance. Residential-inspired furnishings and carefully selected finishes create a boutique, concierge-style experience that puts patients at ease right away. Healthcare spaces don’t have to feel clinical.

The photos are in!📸 Connected directly to Harrah's Columbus Racing + Casino, Gray designed this new dual-branded Fairfield Inn + TownePlace Suites in Columbus, Nebraska, to welcome overnight guests and extended-stay travelers. From the indoor pool, fitness center and outdoor fire pit patio to every detail, everything was designed with the guest experience in mind.

This week, our team had the opportunity to tour the CarShield Sportsplex in Chesterfield, a project our Architecture, Interiors + XGD Studios have been collaborating on in partnership with Keystone Construction Company.

It's always rewarding to get out on site, see the progress firsthand and spend time together discussing the details as the project continues to take shape. A big thank you to our project partners for guiding us through and joining us. We can't wait to see the doors open and the community enjoying the space when it officially opens later this summer!
