Is your donor list one Excel or Google Sheets file that only one person understands?

Who checks your info@ inbox when the usual person is out?

It is where new customers write first, and for contractors it is where bid requests land. Too often it runs on one shared password and good intentions.

Gmail on one side of the office, Outlook on the other?

It happens a lot after two companies join up. Each side keeps its own email, and a year later you are still paying for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, still unable to see each other's calendars, and still hunting for the latest copy of a file.

On Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and still paying for Zoom and Dropbox?

Most Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace business plans already include video meetings, file storage and chat. Extra tools pile up one signup at a time, and nobody goes back to check.

Your last card statement will tell you a lot. List what each subscription does, who still uses it, and where two tools do the same job. Move the files out before you cancel anything.

Nobody on your team updates the CRM anymore, and someone is already shopping for a new one?
