This post has become very necessary at this point! Sorry for the long firm post but it is extremely necessary as it’s a daily issue and it’s become very frustrating! ALL Ai or non vector files or images given to us of logos or any designs WILL incur a design fee/charge! This applies to ALL jobs large or small from decals, clothing, signs, biz cards etc et etc ALL JOBS! Charges vary and will be assessed per request. We will tell you the fee and all pricing for the job and ask you if you want us to proceed! Our time is valuable as yours is at your job that you expect to get paid to do! We have been more than fair over the years to all our clients and now it’s become too much loss for us to justify anymore! There is nothing real about Ai or ChatGPT designs! They are great for posters, fb ads etc etc BUT NOT YOUR BUSINESS LOGO for graphics. They are images only and are junk! They are fine for your phone, but they are not something that you want to use to brand your business. It is not artwork or quality! They are great to show us for ideas to help us know what you would like for your design, but that is not your logo! STOP calling it your logo! We take pride in our quality of designs and the finished product for our clients. However, if you do not care about that and you want to still use those images because you don’t feel that your business or your project is worth investing the money into to have a professional & quality artwork then that’s fine but the end result is what it is and we will not redo any orders at our expense. If we can use the design and it won’t end up being bad it all depends on your project so this all varies. We will always try to use what you provide if we can BUT we are upfront and honest and care about the end results! Also, realize we may not be able to do it exactly as you send it more than likely it will not be exact and we will also let you know that as well; it all depends on if our program will convert it smoothly or not all depends on the design and the details! We do not know what every name of every font is either we will do our best to come as close your vision as possible! Our logo/design/set up fees are very competitive, fair and affordable! We do not gouge our clients! Please keep in mind. This is your business that you want to represent and have a professional quality appearance that matters when consumers are looking for someone to hire!
At the end of the day, the decision is yours, but know that we are upfront we are honest and we care about the quality that we give our clients because that also keeps us in business when other people see our work! We take pride not only in our business but yours too or your project no matter how big or small!
