With hundreds of Managed Service Providers and thousands world-wide why did we go into this business? What sets us apart?
Logan Alpha is founded on the idea that technological issues should be a thing of the past. Our mission is to solve problems before they are even detected. To that end, Logan Alpha is developing a state of the art application to auto-detect and remediate those pesky problems that slow workflow and cost companies thousands to millions of dollars year. We have dubbed the application LA Self-Healing.
\Why do you companies need this? Let’s say for example you have a company of 100 employees. According to market research we have conducted via published reports by Gartner and other companies, support tickets for basic Tier 1 issues like password resets cost on average $22/per ticket. This number can range up to $471 for Tier 3 or on-site support. On average, companies will have 56% of their employee population put in a ticket per month or in this scenario 56 employees. Throughout the year, that number equals to 672 tickets or $14,784 if all the issues are Tier 1. If it’s all Tier 3, expect a bill upwards of $300,000.
Now you’d think with that kind of money, your issues are resolved right away. Well you would be wrong. Most MSPs will take somewhere between 1 hour to 10 hours to resolve those issues. Let’s say your employee gets paid $20/hour and it’s a production issue. That could mean that you lose out on $20-$200.
If these numbers don’t make your head spin already think about that cost of support contracts and engineering staff you already pay for and you start wondering if you’re in the IT business yourself.
Logan Alpha strives on the thought that businesses should be able to get back to what they are doing and in a world surrounded by technology that eases workflow, not have to think about the overhead of managing it. We would like to provide companies with a solution that’s cheaper than outsourcing IT to India or the Philippines and ensure that problems get resolved within minutes of them occurring. Using AI, machine-learning NLP tools we are creating the future of what it means to be a Managed Service Provider. The question is... willing you join us on our journey?
