We are not liable for any mishandling of components or coolant leaks that result from changing, modifying from the original PC. Make sure to follow safe operating guidelines & have a basic understanding of water-cooled computers prior to purchase. Every PC from H2O Computers comes with 1-year technical support and 2-year labor warranty. As an "Authorized Reseller" all components retain a Manufacturer's Warranty within their coverage period. In the event of a component defect a ticket must be issued for RMA approval. If RMA is approved H2O Computers will cover all shipping costs associated with the RMA ticket. This Warranty does not cover damage or defects that include, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, problems with electrical power, or failure to perform preventive maintenance. This Warranty offers free technical service for all computer components shipped with the original PC and does not cover software. All product serial numbers are recorded, in the event of an RMA any attempt to change a product from the original item will void the Warranty. In the event where the client fails to follow warnings that result in damage to the components, H2O Computers is not obligated to fulfill this Warranty. After the initial 30-day Guarantee all sales are final.
