Here's an interesting article.
The Lifetime Likelihood of Needing a 🔫 for Self-Defense.
I think it's important to note that this is very broad, but when we're talking about defense, we're talking about being prepared for the CHANCE that something would happen.
One comment to the post where I found the article was:
But it [having a firearm for defensive purposes] is the same as having a fire extinguisher. Rather have one and not need it instead of need it and not have it.
*One MAJOR difference is, there is far LESS skill involved with using a fire extinguisher if you want to use it effectively. So if you have it and don't know how to use it properly, is it going to help?
