Meet our newest ASP, Ashley Dalton! Ashley joins the IFND team in our Clark, South Dakota office, and we’re excited to have her serving our customers and becoming part of the IFND family.

We asked Ashley a few questions to get to know her better:
🏔️ Beach or mountain cabin? Mountain cabin, without question. Give her a mountain view and a cup of coffee, and she’s pretty happy.

🏡 First purchase after winning the lottery? A new house for her parents on the family farm so her two boys could grow up with both sets of grandparents in the same farmyard. As Ashley says, “It truly does take a village.”

❤️ Best advice she’s received? “The days are long, but the years are short. Cherish every moment.” It’s a reminder she carries with her to look for the positive and find happiness in the little things.

Please help us give Ashley a warm welcome to IFND! We’re glad to have her on the team and look forward to introducing her to more of our customers.

Meet Ryan, the guy behind some of IFND’s biggest grain projects.

Ryan manages our Grain Division out of Casselton, serving in both Sales and as Construction Manager for grain storage and handling projects. From grain monitoring systems to complex multi-bin storage setups, he works with customers from the initial conversation through construction and completion.

The six 60,000-bushel bins pictured here are part of a recent Montana project Ryan completed and a great example of why attention to detail matters.

“Most people don’t realize how much coordination and problem-solving happens behind the scenes on every job site. Weather delays, material logistics, site challenges, and crew scheduling can make or break a project.”

Ryan’s attention to detail, communication, and integrity help keep those moving pieces together so customers get a reliable system without having to manage the construction headaches themselves.

For Ryan, the best part comes in late fall, when projects planned and built throughout the year are fully operational and ready to perform when farmers need them most.

And when he’s not managing grain projects? Ryan is an avid bass guitarist—and apparently an aspiring YouTube golfer. Be sure to like and subscribe 😜.

Welcome to the IFND team, Nick Dalton!

Nick joins our Clark, South Dakota office in Sales, where he’s focused on helping growers find practical solutions that make their day-to-day operations run a little smoother.

“One common challenge I see with growers is time management. There are so many tasks to manage in a day and never enough time to accomplish them all. If we can take a few things off their plate by helping solve grain storage or grain management problems, that’s a win.”

For Nick, working with customers means understanding how their operation works first, then identifying where IFND’s products, services, and expertise can make a difference.

Outside of work, you’ll find him hunting, fishing, camping, or spending time with family and friends. And it’s probably no surprise that fall is his favorite season: harvest, hunting, fall fishing, and NFL football are tough to beat.

We’re excited to have Nick representing IFND and serving growers from our Clark location. Help us welcome him to the team!
