Team Spotlight: Meet Kevin!

As part of our Purchasing and Shipping team, Kevin helps keep things moving behind the scenes so our customers get the products and support they need when they need them.

A few fun facts about Kevin:
🎮 Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and squeezing in some video game time whenever possible.

👍 Most people don't know he's double-jointed in both thumbs!

🤝 One of his favorite things about working at IFND is the strong team atmosphere within our Casselton crew.

🚐 If he could own any piece of equipment, it would be a camper, perfect for making memories with family on the road.

🥛 And perhaps his most unique family tradition? Every year, Kevin saves a bottle of eggnog in his freezer so he can enjoy a glass on the Fourth of July!

Meet Henk & Jaimie Joubert, IFND's Outside Sales team serving farmers across North Dakota.

Long before Henk joined IFND, he and Jared Holland shared a friendship built on common values, hard work, and a passion for agriculture. Today, that relationship continues as they work together to help farmers improve grain management and protect their operations.

When they're not traveling the countryside meeting with customers, you'll likely find Henk and Jaimie competing in dart league together, a hobby they both enjoy and one that surprises many people who know them professionally.

Their motivation is simple: providing for their children and continuing to grow their ranch while helping other farming families succeed.

One piece of advice that has guided them through life and business? "Don't ever give up. Keep trying, and failure is just a step to success."

That mindset is reflected in how they serve customers every day. Henk and Jaimie understand the challenges farmers face because they live them too.

What do they want customers to know?
"We will do what we can for farmers, and we are trustworthy."

Whether they're helping producers evaluate grain management solutions, answering questions, or providing support throughout the season, Henk and Jaimie are committed to building relationships that last.

As a generational farmer with more than 20 years of experience in grain management, Jared understood firsthand the challenges producers face every season. Starting IFND was not simply a business opportunity, it was a calling to help farmers regain control over their operations through better technology, better information, and better support.

But for Jared & Lacey, success goes far beyond grain systems and technology. “Our proudest moments are seeing our employees succeed. Whether that’s building a marriage, starting a family, reaching a personal goal, or stepping into a dream career.”

Their motivation to keep growing IFND starts with the people they serve every day: their employees and customers, while staying grounded in faith, family, and purpose.

Whether it’s keeping materials moving or supporting operations behind the scenes, Jeff Krei helps keep IFND rolling.

Jeff enjoys life on the road especially when the route heads west. “The scenery is always different.”

And when it comes to road trip essentials? Any stop with warm food is a good one.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys:
