Today we honor John Palermo, not only a past owner of Warwick, but a man whose impact helped shape the very heart of this company.
For many years, John led the sales team with a simple philosophy - take care of the customer first, and everything else will follow. That belief became more than a business practice, it became part of Warwick’s identity. Customers trusted him, vendors respected him, and co-workers admired the way he treated people with honesty, loyalty, and genuine care.
Along the way, Warwick became more than just a workplace for him. It became where he built lifelong friendships, lasting partnerships, and even found the love of his life. His story is woven into the history of this company in ways that can never be measured by sales numbers or years of service alone.
The relationships he built with customers, vendors, employees, and friends are part of the foundation Warwick still stands on today.
