Good morning iWi Family.

We are currently experiencing an outage with our provider. A fiber break occurred last night around 9PM in a dangerous location. Due to the nature of the break the repair had to wait until daylight hours. Crews are working to re-establish the connection.

We are currently ONLINE on our backup connection. If you still do not have service, please reboot your outdoor radio by unplugging the power and then plugging back in after about 10-15 seconds.

Thanks to Brodhead City Hall and Fire Department, we have been provided with a temporary generator to get us back online. If you are still experiencing issues, reboot your radio by unplugging the radio adapter and plugging back in after 10 seconds.

Please reach out if you are still experiencing issues after the power cycle.

Jackson Energy Brodhead Sub-station lost power putting 2500 electric customers down. We are included in this. Techs are on route to the substation to evaluate.

We are back online now. Crews are still at the site working on additional fibers in the strand. Outages are still possible until the repair is complete. If you are still experiencing issues please reboot your radio by unplugging the adapter from power for 10 seconds and plugging back in.

There has been a house fire in Mount Vernon that has resulted in an outage. We will update when we have more info. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Please pray for those effected.

Service was restored last night around 4:30AM. There was an outage upstream with the fiber provider between Brodhead and Mount Vernon. If you are still experiencing issues with service, reboot your radio by unplugging the adapter for 10 seconds and plugging back in. Thank you for your patience during this time.
