One of the best parts of being a remote company is getting the whole Penta team together in person! 💙

Last month, our annual company meeting included a communication challenge where one teammate had the LEGO instructions, and another had the blocks.

The goal sounded simple, but the exercise quickly reinforced an important lesson: clear communication, checking for understanding, and making sure everyone is on the same page can prevent a lot of rework.

After a productive day together, we headed to a Milwaukee Brewers game and capped off the evening with a laser and fireworks show! ⚾🎆
