Beware of SEO Scams
In this day and age SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is a vital part of any successful businesses' marketing strategy. But great care must be taken as to which company you entrust.

There are many companies that operate claiming to be SEO experts but are far from it.
With these sorts of companies at best you can expect to spend a great deal of money and to receive little in return.

But the worst outcome of using one of these companies is that they will actually do the opposite of what they are supposed to and damage your web reputation and your web listings.

These companies may employ “black hat” techniques – for example they may utilize link farms - fake sites that are established with the sole purpose of linking to other sites, but don't have any useful content or search engine value in themselves. Google can detect these sites and may penalize them heavily for their tactics, and will also penalize the sites they link to. Employing dubious link strategies may even get you banned from Google!

It’s good to get genuine links from genuine sites – this will help your ranking in the organic listings in Google. These fly-by-night SEO companies won’t do that for you. Keep on working on getting genuine links!

Feature Highlight: Message Intake System
The Message Intake System assists you with your intra-office correspondence.

Many larger companies that rely upon the Scheduling Manager will have several administrative staff logged in using the software at any one time.

With the Message Intake System you can create a message for another user or group of users, concerning any customer in the database, or concerning your company itself. The other user(s) will immediately receive an alert in the middle of their screen. At any time they can view their unanswered messages, which are sorted according to how long the customer has been waiting for an answer, and of course reply to the messages.

NEW: Easily Reassign Groups of Jobs with the Move Jobs Feature
One of the newest additions to the Scheduling Manager is a new button added to the Job Calendar All Teams. We call this the Move Jobs Feature. This new button allows the user to select a Team and a Date. They also select a Date they wish to move jobs to. The feature will then move all jobs from the original selected date to the new date selected.

This feature is ideally suited to those businesses that are weather-dependent where conditions might require all jobs to be moved to an alternate day. This feature can save you hundreds of hours and increase your efficiency and productivity. We added this feature after a few of our users suggested it.

We tend to think of using our money to buy tings, new things. However, when are people prepared to pay for the absence of something?

Cleaning is something that is done and not recognized as such. But think of the alternative -- what if the living room were never cleaned? What bout the kitchen? Yech! So, the absence of dirt and dust is something we are happy to pay for!

A clean place is a place with no dirt, dust (and dust mites) and clutter. A wholesome nothing-ness!
