***SOLD*** I'm always being asked for inexpensive solid budget tables, and I'm always being asked for stackers..two things which usually don't go hand in hand. Well, this ultra clean Dual 1237 just came in! Belt drive, fully automatic, fully serviced, cleaned, and set up! The dust cover is almost perfect! Has a Shure/Royal RM-910e (shure M91e) with good stylus. Stays on speed perfect, all auto functions and stacking functions work perfect, queuing damping is nice and slow.
*note, I do not have the single play adaptor, but one can be easily found on eBay. They fit many other dual tables.

A few snapshots of Bobby veneering and putting the hand-rubbed finish on his custom Getchell Plinthe for a Thorens TD-124!

This customer requested waterfall bookmatched curly maple.

The dustcover is by Rodriguez.

These custom made plinthes are made out of high mass specially routed MDF and weigh almost 20 lbs empty! He custom makes these to order with a matching arm board.

This one is spoken for but he has another one that will be available very soon!

***SOLD***Just finished these classic Pioneer CS-88As! Cabinets lightly sanded and re-oiled, one corner was repaired. Controls cleaned with deoxit. All drivers work as they should and have the FB cones. The tweeters have been refoamed They have surprisingly good bass and fill the room with spacious sound! These would be great in a MCM livingroom! 80w/, 25hz-20khz.

If not sold this evening, I will be dropping these off tomorrow at my booth #1061 in Gilleys Antique & Decorator mall located at 5789 US-40, Plainfield, IN 46168. They are open 7 days a week 10AM-5PM and accept all major forms of payment!

Just finished cleaning up these Pioneer CS-06 omni-directional speakers! These have a 10" FB downfiring woofer on a conical diffuser, and 3 mids and 3 tweeters spaced around each cabinet. 45hz-20khz, 50w each @ 8 ohms. They have surprisingly good bass for an omni, and fill the room with spacious sound! These would be great in a MCM livingroom setting for ambient out of the way music, or awesome as rears in a pioneer quad setup! $500/pair takes these home. If not sold this evening, I will be dropping these off tomorrow at my booth #1061 in Gilleys Antique & Decorator mall located at 5789 US-40, Plainfield, IN 46168. ***SOLD*** Fantstic sounding PIONEER SX-636! Restored with new Electrolytic capacitors (Nichicon PW, KL, WIMA film caps etc)
-new CDE 10,000uf filter caps
-noisy transistors replaced with modern low noise hand hFE matched ksa992s and KSC1845's.
-amplifier rebuilt. Problematic 2sc1451's replaced with KSC3503's.
-bias adjusted to 20mv/ch per factory spec
-offset adjusted by replacing noisy input pairs with hand hfe matched ksa992s, matched within 5hfe for essentially 0vdc offset.
-phono stage rebuilt with all new caps and transistors
-preamp rebuilt with the same
-cool blue LEDs installed
-FM tuner aligned for peak performance
-brand new reproduction smoked silk screened dial glass (~$80 by itself after sh/h/taxes)
Cosmetically cleaned and detailed
I have a lot of time and effort into making this a really sweet receiver.
1 year warranty.

I was told by some people on the internet on Facebook that I shouldn't replace 60+ year old capacitors if they are working. I'm going to get out my meter and test this one and see how it tests. No sense wasting 58 cents on a new one if its good. Gotta be economical you know!

***SOLD*** Very RARE 1965 Pioneer SX-110! This was their TOTL offering for a tube receiver, and cranked out 40w/ch peak from a quad of 7868s running at 500v on the plates and a conservative idle bias of 12w/plate.

This sounds wonderful, powerful and punchy early pioneer sound! With sensitive speakers it will shake the walls. The stereo multiplex FM section sounds great too! This one is in excellent cosmetic condition. These are difficult to restore due to their hand wired nature and compact chassis.

-All bad Suzuki oil caps replaced with ERO/Vishay & Orange drops
-All electrolytics were replaced with Nichicon & United Chemicon.
-One can was restuffed for space reasons
-Voltage doubler capacitors were doubled in value from 100uf to 220uf for better transient response without power supply sag.
-Pots and switches cleaned with deoxit
-Tubes tested, has a strong quad of Sylvania 7868s driven by RCA 6AN8s, original Matsush*ta 12AX7s. 21 tubes in total!
-FM tuner adjusted
-Bias and balance voltage adjusted to spec (12w/tube idle dissipation and minimum /null hum)

Comes with a 1 year warranty (excluding tube wear)

Try to find another one in this cosmetic condition with a full restoration. You'll find this is a deal! ***SOLD***
