Employee Spotlight (and today is her birthday!):
Britni Williamson has been with Arriva for nearly seven years and currently serves as a Customer Experience Manager. She is passionate about building strong relationships with customers and enjoys participating in community activities that positively represent Arriva and its values.
Outside of work, Britni has been married to her husband, Brandon Williamson, for almost seven years. Together, they are proud parents of four wonderful children. In addition to their busy family life, Britni and Brandon have owned and operated an Airbnb in Pickwick, Tennessee for the past nine months, a venture that has been both rewarding and a true blessing for their family.
When she is not working, Britni loves spending time on the boat at the lake whenever she gets the opportunity. She also enjoys working alongside her mother and sister at Reeves Fish & Steakhouse in Golden, Mississippi, where she has been employed for an impressive 27 years. The restaurant has been a meaningful part of her life and has allowed her to continue serving others while creating lasting memories with her family.
Britni values faith, family, community involvement, and exceptional customer service, and she strives to bring those values into everything she does both professionally and personally.
