Most acceptable use policies were last updated around 2022, before AI tools became a daily habit for most teams.

Your people are probably already using ChatGPT or Copilot at work. That's fine, but what it does require is a clear policy on what's appropriate, what data stays off those platforms, and where accountability sits.
