🔧 PS5 HDMI Port Repair — Same-Day Service! 🎮

Today’s repair needed a little more than just a new HDMI port. The original port had ripped pads, so we ran 2 trace wires to restore the damaged connections and installed a new HDMI port. Back up and running! 🙌

While we had the console apart, we also:
✨ Cleaned it at no additional charge
✨ Inspected and redistributed the liquid metal on the APU for proper coverage

⚠️ A quick PS5 tip: We recommend keeping your console horizontal (laying down) whenever possible. PS5s use liquid metal rather than traditional thermal paste, and maintaining good, even coverage is important for proper cooling.

🛠️ Need a damaged port repaired?

We specialize in board-level and microsoldering repairs, including:
• HDMI ports
• USB-C ports
• Charging/power ports
• Damaged pads & traces
• Other board-level repairs

Most console port repairs are completed SAME DAY, typically within 1–1½ hours. Other types of ports can often be completed same day as well when we have the replacement on hand.
