Over 100 applications later, we had a major problem: three awards just weren't enough. 🤯🎓

We were so blown away by the response to our first-ever Freedom Fighter Scholarship Program that we expanded the budget to award $6,500 across five amazing Kansas graduates!

Instead of just looking at test scores, we chose our winners based on creative video submissions sharing their goals and love for their hometowns.

We’ve officially broken ground on a new fiber network, marking the start of high-speed construction for these three communities.

Bringing fiber to rural Kansas takes a shared vision and real collaboration. We are incredibly grateful to the Kansas Department of Commerce and our local partners for putting in the work with us to make this project a reality.

The crews are moving. We can’t wait to deliver the fast, reliable internet these towns have been waiting for.

27 years ago, we started with a simple idea: Kansas deserves better connection. 💻✨

Today, that idea looks like a map of 120+ communities connected by over 7,500 miles of dedicated fiber optic cable.

"Internet Freedom for All" means no data caps, no hidden fees, and no strings attached. It’s a mission driven by our team of 220+ Kansans who show up every day to build a network that belongs to our neighbors.

We’ve come a long way since day one, but our focus hasn't shifted an inch.

Summer prep, but make it competitive. 🥞☀️

With the warmer months here, our crews in both Buhler and Southwest Kansas gathered this week for breakfast, summer swag, and a quick refresher on field safety.

Our teams hit four different safety stations to sharpen their skills — even picking up some safety-cone stress balls along the way — and wrapped things up with a summer cooler raffle.

Officially a "40 Under 40" pro, but we’ve been fans for years. 🏆⚡

We had a blast celebrating James at the Wichita Business Journal’s banquet this past Thursday. James is the kind of leader who doesn’t just talk about community — he’s out there building it every single day, and this recognition is a direct reflection of the work he’s putting in across the state.
