When You Need Internet Back — You Don’t Have Time to Wait.

This customer had been running a Starlink Gen 2 since 2023 then the system went down.

Starlink’s replacement option meant waiting on a refurbished kit. The customer needed reliable internet now, not whenever a replacement kit became available.

So we picked up the slack.

After a full site survey and troubleshooting, the customer decided to move forward with a complete upgrade to the Starlink Standard 4X.

We came back this morning and installed the new system with a clean, wall-fished Ethernet run directly to the home’s tech closet, keeping the network infrastructure organized and out of sight.

From there, we intergrated Ubiquiti mesh Wi-Fi throughout the home to provide strong, reliable coverage where it was needed.

The finished system delivered:

310 Mbps download | 35 Mbps upload | 30 ms latency

From a failed Gen 2 to a modern, professionally designed network — without making the customer wait weeks for refurbished equipment.
