Intern programs are about so much more than a summer experience.

This summer, we welcomed students from Sacred Heart, Harvard, UMass Amherst, Northeastern, UNH, Salem State, and Saint Anselm to learn, contribute, and grow alongside teams across Veracode.

Through their work and 'Day in the Life' sessions, they gained exposure to our business and experienced our SOAR values in action. We wrapped up the summer with our Intern Showcase, where they shared their work, learnings, and impact with teams across the company.

Development goes both ways. Their curiosity, ideas, and fresh perspectives gave us plenty to learn from them, too. Thank you to our interns and everyone who made this summer possible!

Some of the best working relationships aren’t built in a meeting. They’re built on a kickball field, or cheering from the sidelines of a capture the flag match.

That’s the idea behind our SOAR into Summer Field Day. Kickball, capture the flag, red light, green light, a lot of noise, and Team Black taking the win. Congrats to our champs! Stacie Justice, Paul Arsenault, Kendra Dupuis, Ellen Teigeler, Austin, and Jonathan Dileone!

Because the connections and trust built on days like this show up later, too. In the harder conversations, the tough calls, and the moments when people choose to speak up, lean in, and work through something together.

Good working relationships start with actually knowing each other. And that’s Stronger Together in action.
