Wires Computing & BTV Drones is looking for an online marketing, customer service, and inventory manager associate.
We are looking for someone interested in growing a career in tech, marketing, and inventory. There are opportunities for advancement and bonuses based on performance. In filling this role we are looking for a self-starter who is committed and capable of managing their own responsibilities and make decisions in the company's best interest.
The ideal candidate would be proficient with the following:
Ability to work independently
written/verbal customer service skills
Be familiar with social media marketing
Be organized and detail oriented
Use of the following platforms: eBay, Shopify, Amazon, Slack, Facebook, Instagram
Ability to understand basics of devices with computers, phones, tablets.
Daily tasks would include the following:
Advertising our products and services via social media
Create and manage promotional email campaigns
Package and manage shipments
Inventory Updating
Price products using our cost formula
Use customer service skills to solve complaints and coordinate item returns.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast paced retail environment
Full time is preferred although flexibility available. We ask that the candidate have at least 20-30hrs of availability a week with more if desired. Anything less might be turned away.

Wires Computing and its subsidiary BTV Drones exist in the same office providing drone parts, accessories and electronic devices for all its customers local and nationwide. We currently have over three thousand skus online to be maintained and shipped/sold and updated for our customer base. We reach out and obtain customers through a variety of ways which needs to be maintained by an organized individual who likes working to accomplish goals independently.'
