**SERVICE INTERRUPTION**
There is currently a physical issue with our upstream providers physical fiber that is affecting our internet service. They are aware and investigating.

****UPDATE****
The earlier outage is now cleared and service should be working normally. If you are having trouble, try pulling power from the equipment (not holding the reset button), power back on and wait 5 minutes. If you are still having trouble, feel free to reach out at [email protected] or 724-602-0214.

I have received reports of a manhole fire that is affecting connectivity to some internet services. At this time, I don't know the extent of the outage, who all is affected, or how long until the fire is out and services are repaired. I'll keep an eye on the situation and send updates as they become available. At this point, the majority of services appear to be working, but may be slower than normal.

The issue has been identified as a fiber break 6.8 miles from our site. Technicians are currently working to find and repair the issue.
