I wanted to take a quick moment to go over the Terms & Conditions that are agreed to at checkout before ANY order is placed with DBK.
Every business operates differently when it comes to production, turnaround times (TAT), shipping policies, refunds, and general procedures. As a customer, it's important to understand those policies before making a purchase—especially when ordering from a production-based business.
That is exactly why my Terms & Conditions are available on my website and must be acknowledged before checkout. There is no way to bypass them, and they apply to every order placed with DBK.
Over the last few months, and especially this past month, I've had several customers assume these policies don't apply to them. Unfortunately, I've even had customers argue my own business policies and tell me what I am going to do regarding their order. That is not acceptable, and I have chosen to no longer do business with those individuals.

Oh, June. 🫶🏼

This month was supposed to mark ONE YEAR of having my storefront. Funny how quickly things can change.
I know this move came as a surprise to many of you, but I truly believe it was the best decision for both me and the business. One day, I will have another storefront—but when that day comes, I'll be returning with so much more knowledge, experience, and confidence.
Moving DBK back home allows me to put my full focus where it matters most: production, orders, and serving my customers. Let me be clear—this move was NOT due to a lack of business. The storefront stayed busy! The reality is that I was running everything on my own, and balancing both the retail side and production side became a lot for one person.
As of today, the storefront is officially closed, and DBK is officially back home! We spent the weekend moving everything, and I couldn't be more excited for this next chapter.
Be on the lookout for a HUGE RTS sale because I have SO many transfers that need new homes. 😅
As for ordering—NOTHING is changing! You'll still order the same way you always have. The only change is the pickup location.

✨ BIG ANNOUNCEMENT ✨

After a lot of thought and consideration, I have made the difficult decision to close the DBK storefront.
This wasn't an easy choice, but it is the best decision for my family, my business, and the future of DBK. While the storefront chapter is coming to an end, DBK is NOT going anywhere!
I will continue offering custom apparel, DTF transfers, gang sheets, wholesale orders, and all the services you've come to know and love. I will just be working from home now. This change simply allows me to focus on growing the business in a different way while continuing to provide the best service possible to you all. Having a storefront and running it alone was one of the hardest things I have ever done-mentally.
I want to sincerely thank each and every one of you who walked through my doors, placed an order, shared a post, recommended me to a friend, or supported my dream in any way. Your support has meant more than you'll ever know.
This storefront gave me so many memories, lessons, and friendships that I will always be grateful for. 🫶🏼 I have truly learned so much.
While this chapter is ending, I'm excited for what's next. Thank you, Cabot, for supporting DBK every step of the way.
