7 Tips To Look Stylish INSTANTLY! | Style Tips For Women /moving dream/

I think looking stylish and chic all comes down to the little things, how you style it, how you accessorize it, how you make a very basic outfit look, not so basic. Hi you all, I am Ish*ta and welcome back to my blog, I’ll be sharing some tips that would instantly make you look more stylish. If you are someone who goes in usually for regular jeans, t shirts and shirts, but are still looking for something to add personality or just jazz up your outfit just a little bit. These tips will definitely help you take your outfit up a notch.

Of course, these are my personal tips and I’m sure there’ll be several other tips on the Internet so you do you and see what works best for you. Before I get into the blog, if you still haven’t subscribed to my blog. Please do that. It’ll mean a lot to me and will keep me motivated to create more such content for you guys. And I would love for you to be a part of my community. Having said that, let’s get into the blog.

So tip number one is to always tuck in your shirts or t shirts or even sweaters during winter season. It makes your outfit look sharper and gives the illusion of longer legs as well, because more of your bottom. Whatever you’re wearing in the bottom? Trousers, jeans, pants, whatever you’re wearing, it shows more of that. So obviously, technically, it will show more of your legs making you look slightly taller. So this is a great tip for shorter girls, as well. So I know it’s always easier to pick out a more comfortable choice. I mean, that would be your natural choice. Right? Like a pair of sneakers or flats or bellies.

But if you can combine comfort and heels at the same time, then why not go for that? Because it’s going to elevate your outfit one hundred percent. So always opt for Block heels, is if you can. I’m not saying wear stilettos. I know I don’t like them personally because they’re super painful, but whenever you can always switch up your flats with a pair of nice block heels. Now there’s something about golden hoops and layered necklaces that makes your outfit look really cute and chic.

I have started very recently. In fact, to wear a lot of necklaces These are easily available on Myntra & at affordable prices. I’m going to mention a few of the links of products that I have personally ordered in the description box. So you guys should definitely check that out. They are literally in the range of like two hundred to four hundred rupees, even cheaper. I believe that I’m wearing hopps right now I’m literally wearing like a jeans and a black top and I’ve just put on these golden hoops. There’s something about them that instantly makes your outfit look a lot better. So you get necklaces that are already layered like their joint and you can also otherwise stack up different kinds of chains on your neck. And it still looks extremely stylish. OK, now this is embarrassing for the longest time,

I thought Belts were useful only if you are wearing loose jeans or loose bottoms, and you want to tighten it up. But could I be any more wrong, Belts actually add that little something to your outfit that makes it look like you put that extra effort, but literally all you did was just put a belt on. These are also extremely helpful when you want to cinch your waist, and especially if you have an oversized sweater or an oversized dress. I think these really help you define your waist as well. Now, my tip number five is something that I’ve noticed in myself that I used to do. Is pair something loose with something loose to hide my, you know, sort of flaws, maybe like love handles or thighs? So I’ve done that and I see a lot of people do that as well. And in fact, the opposite as well a lot of people wear like jeans and extremely skinny jeans with, like, really skinny tops, which also doesn’t look that flattering to the body. What I suggest is always pair up something tight with something loose.
https://movingdream.com/7-tips-to-look-stylish-instantly-style-tips-for-women-moving-dream/

So, for example, you can wear a palazzo with, say, a spaghetti or a tight T-shirt on top or maybe even a crop top , or maybe you could pair like an oversized shirt or an oversized t shirt with skinny jeans or leggings. So basically striking the right balance to make your outfit look flattering on your body is extremely important. Now tip number six is to invest in a good steam iron, nothing is worse than wearing wrinkled clothes, even if you put together the best outfit, the most stylish outfit. But if your clothes are wrinkled, it just takes away everything.

This is why I recommend steam iron, especially because if you’re an office-going or a college, going person, early in the morning, you really can’t wait for those regular irons to heat up. And then you also have to be careful about the creases when you using the regular iron. But with the steam item, you literally just have to put in some water. It literally takes a few seconds to heat up and you can iron your outfit in just a few seconds, which is why I highly recommend this.

So if you’re running late for a party or a dinner date, this can really save your life. Now, last but not least is a tip that is not really clothing-related, but more of like makeup related. And I highly recommend these three products, which is a mascara. a colored lip balm. or like a n**e lipstick. And if possible, a concealer as well. And if you actually just put on mascara or lipstick, it makes a huge difference to your face. So whenever you’re stepping out, just ensure that you look presentable. You don’t have to put on a foundation every time you step out. Just a little bit of concealer, a little bit of mascara or even a colored lip balm can do wonders and make you look super stylish and attractive. So those are my styling tips for you, girls. If you have any tips of your own, leave them in the comments down below, I would love to know them and might have someone else as well, if you think my content is good, please do support me by liking, sharing myblog That’s it for today & i’ll see you guys in my next blog.

In today’s blog, I’m sharing the most wearable fall fashion trends that you’ll be seeing real soon hi i’m leonie and welcome back to my blog if you’re wondering why i’m talking about fall fashion in august that is simply because fall fashion actually starts hitting the stores real soon so i wanted to give you a bit of a jump start on those trends just so that you have your radar aware for some of the pieces that you might want to look out for also i’m sure many of you will own some of these pieces so instead of cycling them out of your closet and getting ready for a new season keep them there because i’m sure you’re going to wear them i also wanted to say at this point a big thank you to the team at squarespace.

for sponsoring today’s episode and i’ll be sharing with you a little bit more i can’t speak i’ll be sharing with you a little bit more about squarespace and why i’m such a fan later on in this episode but if you’d like to see the top most wearable trends for fall 20 20 21 then just keep watching now this first trend is going to be really contentious i know because i have talked about this before in past videos and it does seem to be one of those trends that you either love or you hate but it is extremely wearable and that is the trend for double denim now i remember when i last talked about this trend on on my channel someone referred to it as the canadian tuxedo now i had never heard of that before and since i’ve read about it quite a bit so double denim the canadian tuxedo whatever you want to call it let me know in the comments below what you call it but that is something that’s going to be a really key look for fall 2021.

Now my top tips for wearing double denim is trying to mix up the washes a little bit so you pair a darker wash with a lighter wash or essentially you’ll go for a top to toe black denim or a top to toe white denim or simply break up your traditional blue denim with a white tee or tank or black so it’s about wearing it top to toe but breaking it up and giving it a little bit of breathing space but before you completely discount this look think about it and give it a go and while on the subject of denim i’d love to know what you think of the gold jeans because i’m sure they’re going to continue in popularity i particularly like them but i’ll pop up a shot of them here in case you’re not sure what i’m talking about but i actually really like them i think they look very cool but i am expecting that you are either going to be in one camp or another.

So let me know in the comments below what you think of these are gold jeans and if you like the style or they’re not for you now i’m a personal fan of this next trend and it is blush pink now i know not all of you are probably into pastel colors but if there is one pastel that is universally flattering it is blush pink it really does suit every skin tone the great thing about blush and pastel pink is that it pretty much is a neutral so it can be treated like a neutral and it works beautifully teamed back to back with blacks chocolates navies emeralds it’s a really lovely neutral that is hard working and because it’s going to be everywhere this fall there will be something that i’m sure will appeal to you which is why it’s made it here on my most wearable list for fall and now i’d like to say a very big thank you to the team at squarespace for sponsoring today’s episode.

I‘ve worked with squarespace in the past as you will know if you’ve been following me here for a while and if you are wanting to get any sort of online presence whether it’s starting up a blog or if you’ve got something to sell online squarespace is definitely my go-to and it should be yours as well purely because it’s just super easy to use and you can be up and running and online in a really short space of time i recently created a website for a brand and within an hour tops i had a great website that i could actually start loading content onto the best thing about squarespace for me is that it is intuitive and really easy to use.

So if you’re not particularly tech savvy it’s a platform that just makes getting online easy i also really like the fact that squarespace makes it easy to show your brand and have an online presence in a really professional way you can basically just go on and select a beautiful template which you can customize as well so you can kind of make it your own and these templates immediately just create a very professional online website also the thing that i really like about them is that they have built-in marketing bells and whistles if you like so if you’re interested in the analytics and most of you will be all of these sort of bells and whistles are built into the back end so it just makes it really easy so all of your analytics marketing is there and easy to use also they will give you a customized email address too so obviously newsletters are a big part of online businesses these days so you’ll end up with a customized email address instead of having to use a gmail and in my opinion i think that just comes across far more professional.

So if you want to get started i would recommend going on to squarespace.com taking advantage of one of the free trials so you can have a bit of a play with the platform and just get a bit of a feel for it i also have a discount code to share with you too which i’m really excited about and that is just the style insider and that discount code gives you 10 off your first purchase of a website or a domain anyway i’ll leave all of the links down below and a little bit more information to make it really easy for you.

But if you are looking at creating some sort of online presence i can hand on heart recommend squarespace next up you can also expect to see dramatic knits now of course knits are always going to be on trend for winter it goes without saying but what we will see more and more of is really chunky oversized and dramatic detailing on knits now when it comes to styling these chunky knits you do have to be careful that you manage your proportions otherwise a big oversized really heavily cabled textured knit can definitely overwhelm your frame.

So if you’re wearing something a little bit chunkier and textured and perhaps even oversized up top then try and keep your bottom half a little bit more slim lined with some sort of slimmer jeans or a skirt that’s slim lined or not as is my dog or not as textured as certainly as your top half beautiful vests are here for fall as well now i know that vests have been around for a number of seasons but they’re actually not going anywhere so if you have invested in one or you’ve re-incorporated one into your wardrobe don’t put it away for winter keep it out and look at different and possibly unique ways of wearing it obviously in summer we’ve been wearing vests and what i have seen a lot of and i’ve talked about in my videos is vests being worn on their own now as the weather gets a little bit colder you can still incorporate these vests and these pieces into your lineup but they do become more of a layering piece.

What we can expect to see with these vests is a little bit more of a sort of a home spun flavor to them so there’s a lot of crochet and knits that look like they’re homemade there’s also a lot of color and pattern detail so it’s almost like designers have decided that yeah we love vests they’re here to stay but we’re actually going to have a bit more fun with them there’s also some deconstructed type vests as well which i’m expecting to see lots of diys on tick tock and here on youtube with those sorts of items but there are lots of fun vests that i think are going to create a really good anchor anchoring piece for a lot of outfits this fall i can’t remember the last season where we didn’t see lace but what i have seen with some of the runway shows and i think will translate into high street.

Fashion is basically the incorporation of lace but more of a an insert of lace whether it’s a fine delicate sort of traditional lace or a more sort of a broderie english style lace the pieces that i have seen tend to be they have the addition of these pieces so whether it’s a shirt with broderion glaze sleeves or lace detailing in some part of the sleeve or in a part of a skirt or lace detailing around a waistband so look out for pieces with lace inserts just as something a little bit more fresh and fun for fall the next trend is for fringing and i know fringing has been on the fringes wow that’s pretty corny but it has been on the fringes of fashion for a number of seasons now but i think what we will be seeing in fall and certainly from what the designers were were incorporating into their collections was definitely more fringing and i think we can expect to see this sort of fringing on like hemlines of skirts i think what we have to be careful with when it comes to fringing is to number one unless you want to look like a cowgirl don’t team your fringe pieces with cowboy boots if you do want to look like a cowgirl do that that’s fine and also i think not all fringing is created equal quite often i’ve seen fringing detail that i know as soon as you wash that piece it’s going to look all tatty so really choose wisely.

When you’re looking at the fringing detail on your pieces and see whether it’s actually going to stand up to some wear and tear because that’s the the first sign of something looking a little bit cheap and cheerful if you if you wash it and fringing is already sort of deconstructed so just be aware of the the fabrication that you’re choosing when you looking for finished pieces and also if you want to just dip your toe in the trend there are some beautiful fringed handbags that will be around and accessories or fringing detail on jackets so if like me you already own a couple of fringed pieces well now’s the time to bring them to the fall and perhaps spend a little bit of time having a little bit of a play and creating some different looks with some of these pieces and again that’s probably a timely reminder that creating outfits doesn’t just necessarily happen overnight.

Sometimes we do just have to invest a little bit of time and planning for a new season does sometimes just take a little bit of time but turn it into fun have some fun with it it doesn’t have to be all sorted out overnight but have a little bit of fun with it and maybe even start a pinterest mood board it’s a good way to just sort of start getting your head around a new season or take a photograph of something if you see it in the stores see and have a think about how you can incorporate that into your existing closet because again i’m all for wearing what you have shopping your own closet and not having to spend a fortune to look stylish anyway that’s it from me today i hope you enjoyed this one and if you did i’d love you to give it a big thumbs up.

08/23/2021

Hello, everyone. Welcome to my blog. I’m so excited for today’s. I’m going to be sharing Nine Ways Your Clothes Are Looking Cheap. And don’t worry, I’ve fallen into this trap myself. I’ll be pulling some inspiration and examples from my very own wardrobe. No matter the price of these clothing pieces, some are expensive, some are more affordable, everything in between, but these are nine characteristics that you can look for to make sure your clothes aren’t looking cheap. Again, no matter the price. But first. So the very first characteristic, we’re just starting out basic, like very basic, building the foundation for everything else. And it’s just bad materials. And I know that’s like super subjective, I’m not even saying you have to go out and buy the most expensive things because it’s like the best materials. No, like if something can be super affordable, but just look and feel really good. I mean, that’s what I do all the time. But what I will say is when a blouse, for example, looks see-through, when it’s not supposed to be see-through, is one of the biggest characteristics of a shirt or blouse looking cheap . So I have a couple of examples in my closet. Both were around the same price, I think around like 60 bucks for these blouses. And you can literally see right through them and it doesn’t look very good. It just looks cheap, even though these tops were not cheap at all. So, that does lead me to a particular material that no matter what, will always look more expensive than it might’ve been, and that is silk. And don’t get me wrong, silk can be darn expensive. It can be very, very expensive. It is a very luxurious material. It’s the queen of fibers, but I have teamed up with LilySilk for this blog.

I have now been working with them and recommending them to you guys for a few years now. And I absolutely love them. I honestly truly recommend them to you because they have the best quality silk, paired with the best pricing. And that’s really hard to find. They have the highest quality, the highest grade silk on the market. It’s Grade 6A Mulberry Silk where the fibers are actually very, very long making the silk feel very soft and silky. And then the pricing, the pricing is just so good. And I’m gonna go through some of my favorite pieces from them. I’ve just been collecting items at this point for quite a while. But I do have a code, I’ll have everything linked to down below. My code is Shea12, I don’t make money from this code by the way, but you will save 12% on their entire website.

It’ll be close to Black Friday week. There will be additional sales on their website and I’ll name some of them as I go along, but you will be able to save even more money on top of the 12%. So, I’m first gonna start off with some of my favorite blouses, because that’s really where I got hooked on LilySilk. This is my newest blouse from them, it’s just their best, it’s their best-selling blouse I think. It’s very basic, I have it in white, I have it in navy. And then this is my newest color, which is like a really beautiful gold color. I can tuck it in. I love how the buttons are concealed. I’m gonna get to buttons a little bit later in the blog and how that can really actually, if they’re done poorly, make something look very cheap, I’ll explain later. But this is just such a good piece. And I do want to mention that for the coming weeks for LilySilk, as far as clothing, the men’s and women’s clothing, if you buy two pieces, you will get 15% off. if you buy three pieces, you can get 25% off. And then here is a pair of PJ’s that I’ve been loving. This is another one of their best sellers. They have a lot of color options as with everything. I went with navy. I was kind of just sucked in, I think by the model, it just looked so good on her, but as far as the sale at for sleep wear it will be up to 30% off. So, check that out as well. Ooh, and then silk pillow cases or silk bedsheets. I love both, but I at least recommend you try a silk pillow case. So, they’re really good for a couple of reasons. Number one, they are hypoallergenic, so they’re really good for people with allergies, are also antibacterial, which is good for anybody with acne. They’re also, they help prevent wrinkles because they don’t, it doesn’t smash your face. It’s really smooth on your face. So as far as the sale, you can get one silk pillowcase and get a second one 40% off. Oh, and then another silk clothing piece I’ve been loving is this silk dress, which I love the fact that it’s more versatile than you probably expect. I can wear it in the summer, I mean it’s a summer dress, but I could also wear it in the winter months by just simply throwing over a sweater, like on top to like warm it up. But then it just turns it into kind of like a skirt. It just, again, it makes you be able to wear it all year round. Okay, so the next characteristic of your clothes possibly looking cheap without you realizing it are ribbed sweaters. Now, this is something that you guys actually called me out on.

I used to have so many more ribbed sweaters in my wardrobe. I would wear them and people would comment saying, “Your sweater looks cheap.” The reason why, was it just being ribbed? So I have since kind of purge my closet, I’ve donated a lot of things, but I have found one item here in my closet that is in fact ribbed. I’ve honestly never worn it. I kind of forgot that it existed, but I pulled it out, it’s ribbed. The price was 8.99, okay. There must just be something to ribbed sweaters, It may be in the manufacturing process. Maybe they are just in fact very cheap to produce. But with that said, I think it’s starting to become kind of a cheap look.

So just keep that little sweater tip in the back of your mind next time you’re buying a sweater. Like for instance, this one, very affordable, it’s not ribbed, looks more expensive than it actually was. This is a cashmere sweater, which just automatically looks kind of expensive, but it’s also from LillySilk. So their prices are again very good and very high quality. This is grade a cashmere fabric. It’s, it’s very, very warm. It’s two to three times warmer than wool actually, but it just feels amazing on the scan. I’ve had this one for years now and it’s held up beautifully. So, the next characteristic that you need to keep an eye out, especially when you’re buying something or in your closet, maybe you already have it, like myself, is embroidery, beading, or sequence. Because not only does this make an item automatically more expensive because there’s more detail involved in producing it, but they start to fall off. They’re snagging, there’s just, it’s just, it’s potentially bad. And lo and behold, I found a sequin shirt that I’ve had for a few years. I really like it, I actually get a lot of compliments on it when I wear it. But I started to examine it and yes, sequins have fallen off, it now looks very cheap. And that’s the problem with these things.

They are more expensive than average yet they run the risk of just looking more cheap than anything else. Not to mention one more thing, I’m not done. Let’s be honest, embroidery, beading, sequins, It could look tacky. Had to say it. Number four involves shoes, which I have definitely talked about how worn out shoes can make your whole outfit look bad. And in this case look cheap. And the main areas that I see this are actually heels more specifically stiletto heels. And I have a darn good example of this one because here we have my Christian Louboutin black heels, okay. I’ve had these for a long time, but how many times if I have worn them, three times, okay. Three times. The front part of them completely worn out. Why? I don’t know. I guess I scuffed them ever so slightly on the pavement. I don’t understand, but they look terrible not to mention the backs of the heels are all scuffed up.

It’s just, the price of these were $650, okay. Worth it? No. (buzzer buzzing) On the flip side, we have these heels under a hundred dollars. I’ve worn them countless times. How many times? I have no idea. A heck of a lot more than three though. The front has held up beautifully. The back stiletto part, completely intact and not scuffed. Everything just looks better. These look more expensive than the these. And I know, I know everyone’s drawn to the red bottoms. I know that red bottoms automatically make a shoe look more expensive, but I don’t care what anyone says when the front is scuffed. Basically the whole shoe looks like crap. It looks cheap to me. Cartoon prints on clothes like shirts or sweatshirts. You’ll never convince me that, Minnie mouse, Tweety bird, Looney Tunes, Scooby-Doo while I’m dating myself. What are the cartoons of today? I mean, I know Hello Kitty, people are really into Hello Kitty. Sorry, first if I feel like it’s kind of expensive, they don’t look expensive to me. They look cheap. Material that is too stretchy can also look very cheap. Now, hear me out because I know there’s a lot of you out there that love stretchy material, including myself.

There’s a lot of benefits to it, whether it be jeans or top or whatever, it can be very comfortable. It can be very forgiving, maybe if you gain weight or you lose weight, it can be more conforming to your body than regular material. But with that said, if it’s just too darn stretchy, it has a tendency to get too stretched out and then look very unflattering and cheap. So for example, I’ve had this pair of jeans for about a month now. I’m probably going to donate them just because if I wear these jeans, within five minutes, they’re too stretched out in butt, it looks like I’m wearing a diaper, covered the diaper part many times on my channel. And most times it’s because of the stretchy material. Likewise through my leg, my whole (indistinct), they just get stretched out and baggy and not flattering, very cheap looking. So I still have more clothing pieces to get to, but this next one, I’m just throwing it in the video because, wow, is it bad. It doesn’t matter what you’re wearing, if you wear this, it’s gonna make you look cheap. And I apologize because I kind of did recommend it in a recent video and I didn’t realize it looked that bad. And in real life, it’s not nearly as bad. But it’s this very shiny yellow necklace.

So again, right now it’s not coming, it doesn’t look, it looks more accurate right now, but I’ll insert the clip of how it was coming across in a video, like a recent video. And it just kind of like, it sparked the idea in my head that it doesn’t matter what you’re wearing. It can be very expensive, tasteful clothes or very cheap clothes. It does not matter. Jewelry can be the icing on the cake, but if it’s going to be shiny, fake looking yellow metal, you’re going to look cheap. Okay, so we’re back to a clothing pieces. Now, this is something I unfortunately do not have an example anymore for, because I did, as I mentioned recently, go through my closet and make a big donation. I got rid of a lot of clothes. And sometimes I think I shouldn’t do that because then I can’t show you guys examples of things that you probably have in your closet too. And this is droopy buttons. So this is something I see all the time. Sometimes before you even buy a piece of clothing or blouse or whatever, the buttons are already starting to droop.

Other times it happens with time and you wearing the shirt and the buttons just go droopy. It just cheapens the shirts. So, I really recommend going through your closet, looking at blouses, look to see if the buttons are starting to hang downward. If they are, starting to look cheap. Oh, and then bringing it back to this blouse. Like I mentioned, at the beginning of the video, this has a flap covering the buttons. So, it just automatically looks more, high-end looks more expensive. It looks more sleek and sophisticated. The buttons are completely covered and you never have to worry about any drooping. Designer knockoffs are unfortunately another way that you could be looking cheap. Now I want to be very specific about something. I am not saying you need to spend hundreds of dollars on designer handbags, and scarves, and Gucci sweaters to look good. You don’t even have to care about designers to look good, or you could have designer inspired items. I mean, I’m sure I have some “designer inspired” clothes. I know I have two or three “designer inspired” handbags that were like 20 bucks. That’s totally fine. I’m talking about the intentional designer, knockoffs or replicas that are terrible materials. They just look cheap. I feel like you know what I’m talking about? So those are my nine specific characteristics of cheap looking outfits or clothes. I really hope you enjoyed it, I’ll have everything linked down below, including LilySilk and my discount code. Thank you so much for watching. If you enjoyed it, give it a thumbs up Bye.
