A great promotional video doesn’t just showcase a space, it tells a story.

We were thrilled to lead production on this video for Brannan Center in partnership with Aperture Media, helping bring the vision and energy of this remarkable venue to life. From creative direction and scripting the voiceover to overseeing the final edit, every detail was crafted to communicate not just what Brannan Center is, but what it can become for the community and the people who gather there.

The most memorable ones transport them somewhere entirely different.

For a recent corporate buyout of Studio Mediterranean at Montage Laguna Beach, we helped curate a showstopping Mediterranean feast that became much more than dinner. It became an experience.

Raised between the mountains and sea of coastal Igoumenitsa in the Ioannina region of Greece, Executive Chef Dennis Efthymiou brings his heritage to every plate at Studio. From fresh seafood flown in daily from the Mediterranean Sea to authentic ingredients sourced from his homeland, each dish reflects generations of tradition, passion, and coastal storytelling.

The menu was born, as it should be, from a story. Grilled octopus fresh from the Med. Mezze with Dennis' family pita recipe, still hot from the oven. Traditional Horiatiki salad. Grilled branzino filet in ladolemono and Colorado lamb chops with pistachio-mint salsa verde. Warm Loukoumades drizzled in honey and walnuts.

The most meaningful experiences happen when guests feel connected to something larger than the meal itself. This evening invited them to step into the flavors, culture, and spirit of the Mediterranean, setting the tone for an unforgettable retreat ahead.

What a pleasure to partner with our corporate client Cameron Fisher of Fisher Vineyards and Nathan Olver of HDV Wines for ELEVATE: A Journey from Sea Level to the Mountaintop, a master class exploring terroir, elevation, and the artistry behind each wine.

Set inside the stunning Laguna Beach gallery of GW Contemporary, the experience brought together thoughtful conversation, exceptional wines, and an inspiring setting that encouraged guests to engage more deeply with the story in the glass.

Little League is about so much more than baseball.

I’ve had the privilege of serving as a team manager, President of Calistoga Little League, and now as a Board Member for St. Helena Little League, and through each role I’ve seen firsthand the impact these programs have on our communities.

Little League creates friendships, builds confidence, teaches resilience, and gives our children a place to learn teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship. It also brings families together—creating connections among parents, coaches, volunteers, and neighbors who rally around a common purpose.

The lessons learned on these fields extend far beyond the game itself, and I’m grateful to play a small role in helping create these experiences for the next generation.

Congrats to my boys on an incredible season in the Juniors and Minors divisions!

Historic venues demand more than beautiful design—they demand respect.

We recently planned a retirement dinner at Mission San Juan Capistrano, a space layered with deep cultural and historical significance. Every decision was approached with intention and care, including ensuring that food and beverages were never served on the sacred ruins where 40 Native American parishioners and two altar boys lost their lives when the Great Stone Church bell tower collapsed during the 1812 earthquake.

Behind the scenes, precision mattered just as much as aesthetics. We developed a tightly orchestrated run of show allowing all event load-in and strike operations to move efficiently through a single gateway, carefully keeping event infrastructure separate from the daily flow of guests visiting the Mission, including more than 400 fourth-grade students touring the grounds that day.

We loved seeing this sun drenched citrus design come to life alongside lemon-fresh linens from BBJ, spectacular spring florals from 24 Carrots Design, and a vibrant grab-and-go lunch designed for guests heading off to a full afternoon of curated experiences.

From golf at Monarch Beach and private Disneyland excursions to whale watching, fishing, glass blowing, beach combing, wine tasting, Moke tours of Balboa Island, spa treatments, and more, every detail was designed to create choice, discovery, and memorable moments throughout the retreat.

And tying it all together: The spectacular backdrop of the Pacific Ocean along the bluffs of Montage Laguna Beach.

As another season comes to a close, Dunstan Creative is proud to support St. Helena Little League and its $500,000 capital campaign to improve Crane Park for the players and families who call it home.

Planned improvements include new fencing for enhanced safety, updated restrooms for comfort and accessibility, and lighting to extend early spring play and practice opportunities.
