Internet service will be temporarily offline today between 3:00 and 4:00 PM for planned maintenance. This work is necessary to address issues that have been occurring since last Monday’s outage and only customers that were affected by the outage will be impacted today. Service has now been restored for affected customers. If you are still experiencing issues with your internet, please unplug the power to the antenna (the black power brick with a green light) for one minute and then plug it back in. If you continue to have no service, please contact us.
Some customers may notice slower-than-normal speeds; we are continuing to work on this.

We will be doing maintenance on the network tonight starting at 11pm. Many customers will experience an outage during this time. We will be making upgrades to improve reliability and network capacity for our customers. Work is expected to be completed by 5 am.
